What sizes do you offer?
S through 3XL across most styles. Full measurements in the Size Guide — click the link at the top of the Shop section above.
Do sizes run true to fit?
Most styles are relaxed or oversized. Check the Size Guide for exact cm measurements — chest, length, and sleeve listed per size. When in doubt, size down.
How do I care for my hoodie?
Machine wash inside-out at 30°C max. Air-dry or tumble on low heat. Never iron directly over the print — use a pressing cloth or iron from the reverse side.
How long does international delivery take?
Non-EU orders arrive in 7–14 business days. Every order is tracked — a link is sent the moment your parcel ships.
Do I pay customs on non-EU orders?
EU orders are completely customs-free. Non-EU: local duties may apply and are the buyer's responsibility. We declare accurate values — we never understate.
Can I return a custom-printed item?
Custom items made to spec — not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Production defect? Email info@comfylo.click and we reprint or refund immediately.
Best file formats for custom prints?
Best: AI, EPS, SVG (vector). Also: PNG with transparent background or JPEG at 300 DPI+. Send what you have — we advise on any adjustments at no cost.
How long does a custom order take?
